What does verification actually check?
A human installs your app, uses the core flow, and confirms it works as described. We don’t audit revenue, user counts, or code quality — just that a real, working product exists.
Why $40 to list?
It covers the verification work and keeps the yard free of vaporware. Upsyde Yard takes no commission on any deal, ever — the $40 and the optional Partner subscription are the only fees in the system.
What if I don’t know what to offer a partner?
Start with a range, not a fixed number — the terms card is built for negotiation. See "Pricing your equity" in the guides below for bands by traction stage.
Can I list more than one app?
Yes. Each app is verified and priced separately at $40. Most builders list one at a time so a single partner conversation gets full attention.
